The property boasts an in-ground swimming pool with a BBQ area, which is perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon under the Queensland sun. The apartments are also very decently sized and have a great layout and plenty of space.

We currently have (when spaces are available):
- a 1 Bedroom apartment (suitable for both individual persons or a couple to rent) or,
- a 2 Bedroom apartment (suitable for 2 persons or a couple to rent) or,
- a 3 Bedroom apartment (suitable for 3 persons)
Long term tenancies are preferred, however shorter periods may be available upon application. These will not last, so whilst they are going for such a good price, you do not want to miss out!

Centrally located – The Manors is in the heart of St Lucia and at the entrance to the University of Queensland St Lucia campus. The property is also within close proximity to public transport that can take you to local shops and entertainment venues in the surrounding suburbs.

Facilities & Common Areas – The Manors is equipped with an in-ground pool and BBQ facility allowing for great, fun weekends and a place to relax. All of the apartments have their own car parking space and there are bike racks in the car park also. Building access is only granted through swipe cards and there is an intercom at the entrance of the property for visitors to use. The property also has 24 hour onsite staff to ensure residents always have someone close by should they need assistance.
