Our Studio Single Apartments are the perfect option for students wanting a self-contained, independent accommodation option. The apartment comes fully furnished with a king single or long single bed, study desk and a built in wardrobe.
The Studio Single has a basic kitchenette with a 120-litre bar fridge/freezer, convectional microwave oven, and either a cook top or access to a communal kitchen. The apartment is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
The apartment is heated and cooled by a centrally controlled ducted air conditioning system. A desk lamp, study chair, telephone and chest of draws are all provided for convenience and study.
