The Townhouses are in a secluded but central part of the JCU campus. The complex consists of five individual houses with generous sized rooms which are fully furnished and equipped for your needs. The Townhouses are great for students who are looking to share with a group of friends or for anyone wanting to make new friends! The Townhouses are self-catered.
Our Standard Bedrooms feature:
-TV in the spacious living area
-2x 2 seater sofas and a coffee table
-2x shared bathroom/toilets on each floor
-King Single bed in each bedroom
-Study desk with chair and lamp in each bedroom
-Built in wardrobe
-Full Size Kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle
-Fridge/freezer
-Dining room with table/chairs
-Air-conditioner and Fan in lounge area AND each bedroom
-Individual electronic Fob access
Please note, single semester or single/double trimester contracts are only available to Study Aboard and Exchange students or those students that are completing a course at the end of that semester or trimester period. Proof of enrolment is required with your application to be offered a contract outside of an Academic Year (two semesters) or Trimester Academic Year (three trimesters).
All of our rates are inclusive of unlimited Wi-Fi, all utility costs, Weekly cleaning of communal areas and fortnightly bedroom cleans.
The following fees are applicable upon a successful booking application (*fees are subject to change for the following year):
-Application Fee $55
-Administration Fee of $350
-Annual Fee (Activities,Facilities,Damages) of $160 per year
-4 Weeks rent paid upfront
Once we receive your application, we will send you a letter of offer with your confirmed booking and check in date. Please note, our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and offers are only made during these times. Please submit one application per person only - for one location only, please contact us should you need to make any changes once your application is submitted.
